Michael Smith and Beare discuss breakfast recipes!

We were delighted to be patrons of the KingstonWRITERSfest specifically for Canadian chef Michael Smith. He was launching his latest cookbook, Make Ahead Meals. It is a great cookbook!

At Michael’s sold out workshop he discussed his love of food and cooking, especially with his son. In recognition of our busy schedules, he encouraged us all to make time to prepare several healthy recipes for the week ahead, always emphasizing the importance of avoiding processed foods. His knowledge, candidness and sense of humour were enjoyed by all. I don’t do very much cooking and I was inspired!!!

Beare has added some of his healthy breakfast recipes and tips to our breakfast menu.
