Timeless Elegance
in Downtown Kingston

Frontenac Club

Like nothing else.

When we sat down to write the next chapter of the Frontenac Club, we threw out the rule book and wrote a new rule formula. The alchemy of our passionate people, luxurious residential-style rooms, and our lively atmosphere has created something exceptional.

Our Rooms

With 20 distinct layouts, our rooms are anything but standard. Limestone walls, private patios, water views, deep soaker tubs, fireplaces, and curated artwork. Every room immerses you in a different story.

Kingston-sign2

Once a Bank of Montreal branch, The Bank Gastrobar has been re-envisioned as your place to socialize and unwind in a classic lounge. Boasting handmade cocktails, a robust selection of whiskey and a carefully curated wine selection, the Bank is an uncommonly spiritual place.

Hidden from King street by a 60-ft limestone wall with a canopy of majestic Norway maples, we can assure you that there is no space like this in Kingston. Warm by the fire-table and enjoy a special coffee or let the sun warm you up and a cocktail cool you down.

Come Say Hi, Kingston!

Book a Complimentary Tour!

We are eager to reveal the renovations to our neighbours. We are offering complimentary tours for up to 8 people. During a 45 minute walk-through we will tell the story of the building and show you the unique rooms, the one of a kind rooftop, and finish off with a peek inside The Vault.

What our guests say

What our guests say

Until tonight, I thought the finest cocktails I ever enjoyed were served at The Lantern’s Keep at the Iroquois Hotel on 44th Street in NYC. And then I went to a place in my own backyard - The Frontenac Club. I am quite happily gobsmacked. The cocktails, the cuisine, the service, and the ambience were EXEMPLARY. This place is a jewel! A JEWEL!!
After a good night's sleep in a most comfortable bed, we are treated by a healthy, tasty breakfast - the chef's surprise! The historic building has been renovated beautifully and provides us with a home away from home. It is also situated walking distance to all our favorite restaurants, shops and book store. Thank you to everyone who have made us feel so welcome.
From the moment we walked in, we received a tour of the beautiful and historic building. It felt like home right away to us. The staff accommodated all of our needs… Sean, the owner, made me a fresh hot tea when I only had asked where I could grab some water for it, which was very sweet!
