Welcome to the Club!

We are so excited to announce that we have joined the Ascend Collection of Hotels! This partnership will allow us to take the Frontenac Club to the world, and opens up a world of possibilities for our guests and our colleagues.

In conjunction with this announcement, we are also delighted to announce that we have opened the Bank Gastrobar to 7-day per week service from 3:00pm. Neighbours and hotel guests will be able to come in every day to enjoy Chef Cayley Balint’s latest inspirations or to sample the latest cocktail creations of Head Bartender Sarah Sanders.

Live music will continue to be offered each Wednesday through the summer on the Bank Patio and throughout the remainder of the year inside the Club. Follow our social media for performance updates and times.

Our Team

Our philosophy on building a team is not about filling roles or positions. We focus on personalities and are drawn to people who can wear multiple hats. Our team is small but mighty and we are excited to continue to grow it. To name a few, we have an in-house historian who has authored 19 books, moonlights as a server and concierge; a great young Chef who loves 80’s music; a forager and chemist as a Head Bartender and a host of other characters here to serve you. We are excited to continue to make this magnificent hotel Kingston’s finest place of occasion.
