You may cancel your reservation 7 days or more in advance without penalty. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be responsible for 1 nights room and tax.
We will be pleased to continue to offer our gourmet breakfasts. You will have 3 options; sit in the Bank and enjoy a table appropriately distanced; eat on the patio; or eat in your room.
We will work with a local provider to get your items dry-cleaned should you need this service. We are happy to press or steam items for you, should you need this service.
Our lobby is home to The Bank Gastrobar. Originally built as a Bank of Montreal in 1845, this contemporary dining room features unique cocktails, curated wine list, and seasonal small & large plate offerings. We are open to the public and encourage you to check out the other pages on our website to look at the menus! NOTE: As of December 26th, 2020 the province of Ontario is on lockdown so our restaurant is closed. We are offering bottles of wine, cans of beer, and light snacks as a room service offering until we can open The Bank again.
We welcome guests to our restaurant and Bank patio no matter where you are staying. The only private spaces for our guests are the Club Lounge and the roof-top patio. Insider tip – make friends with our hotel guests and they invite you to the roof-top.
