Ours is a seven day policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay. We will make every effort to sell this room, and if we are able to, you will not be charged cancellation.

During this uncertain times, we are giving our guests the opportunity to cancel right up to 3:00 pm on your day of arrival. We hope that this gives you peace of mind in making your bookings.

Our cleaning protocols have always seen us ensure a high standard of cleanliness. At this time, we are only going to enter your room to clean after your departure, or upon request and with a minimum time for you to be out of the room. Should you need fresh towels or your trash emptied, we will arrange to pick up and drop off at your suite door. Our team will wear masks when working in your rooms and serving you and we have invested in an electrostatic sprayer to ensure surfaces in the room are completely sanitized in a safe manner.

We will be pleased to continue to offer our gourmet breakfasts. You will have 3 options; sit in the Bank and enjoy a table appropriately distanced; eat on the patio; or eat in your room.

Yes. Gift cards and gift certificates will be available for experiences at the Club. Contact us via phone, or stop by anytime to get one!
You become a member of the Club by patronizing us. Our mailing list members will have first access to special promotions, invitations to events like wine tastings, and will generally be treated like the big deal they are!
We do. The Frontenac Club is built as a venue that serves as the perfect backdrop to any special event. Live music, weddings, parties and receptions are part of the history of the Club and will be part of the future as well.
We do have a lost and found. We will catalogue and retain your misplaced item for at least 90 days. For pieces with particular value, we will often reach out to you to reassure you that we have found them.

We will work with a local provider to get your items dry-cleaned should you need this service. We are happy to press or steam items for you, should you need this service.

We can arrange for a variety of transportations services. Private cars, trolley and rentals are all available. We can also arrange to have your car washed and detailed. Please speak with on of our team members about this.
Wifi is like air – I am quite certain we would all die without it. I know my son would. Wifi is complimentary for all of our guests. Please consult the silver frame in your room for the current password, or ask any team member how to log-in.

Our lobby is home to The Bank Gastrobar. Originally built as a Bank of Montreal in 1845, this contemporary dining room features unique cocktails, curated wine list, and seasonal small & large plate offerings. As of now, The Bank is only open to hotel guests. Stay tuned on instagram or this website for the announcement of our open to the public. 

You will need cotton balls, a tongue depressor and a nurse with a guerney in order to execute this. Ask at the Bar.
